It measures 124x59x9mm, against the iPhone 5's 124x59x7.6mm and it's an extra 20g, so yes, it's a bit chunkier and a bit heavier. But it's not a quality feel, the plastic back -- and it doesn't feel at all cheap, there's an awful lot of finesse here, for sure. Our new favorite smartphone color: white. And yes, that white iPhone 5C does look impossibly good in white.

Because of the software and hardware upgrades that Apple provided, the phone seems to be an excellent option if you're ready to part with your iPhone 4S or earlier. Still, if you rocked an iPhone 5, your needs may be covered and you may hold off on taking the plunge considering the near-similar features and the drawbacks of the aluminum's premium feel -- it's slippery and needs a case pronto. Sure, the phone isn't inexpensive compared to other options that handily outperform it, but if you're the Apple faithful that's always going to spend the money, chances are you'll be very happy with no buyer's remorse.
